On Wednesday morning we were very excited for Funda to takeover the hall and yard for the morning.

The children took part in various fun activities and demonstrated amazing team-work, determination and listening skills.

Year 6 played Banana Tig, took part in relay races, obstacle races, speed bounce and a Hockey relay! They did so well they won an inflatable fun session later in the morning.

The inflatable fun session was certainly that! Even Mrs Melvin, Mrs Holt and Miss Nuttall got to race. Mrs Melvin won both times!

Funda said ‘We had a fantastic day, and it was truly wonderful to meet your pupils and staff. I would also like to express how impressed we were with the behaviour of all the children throughout each of our sessions. Every child listened attentively, engaged fully, and demonstrated teamwork, positivity and initiative. Their enthusiasm for physical activity and learning was evident, and it was an absolute credit to your school. We really hope the children enjoyed their time with us as much as we enjoyed being with them’
