This term we have set up some new clubs in school.
On Wednesday our first ever Circus skills club began. Martine from Skylight Circus Arts came in to deliver a fun filled session which the children loved.
The children learnt how to balance peacock feathers on their hands – some even went as far as balancing them on their chin and noses!
Next, they played some games with the parachute – followed on with spinning of plates on a stick!
Some children even passed their plates over to one another using their sticks – this was very difficult!
All children showed great perseverance throughout – even when the activities got tricky.
