On Wednesday afternoon the school council worked alongside the police and trying to make the public aware of how dangerous speeding in our area and particularly near school can be. We pulled 3 drivers over who were all doing speeds of 35mph+ and the driver then had to listen to the children tell them about the dangers of speeding as well as how they had endangered their lives. One lady in particular was very emotional and said ‘It makes you think when the children put it like that’ and commended the children on how they spoke. Well done!
