Just before Christmas our Year 1 children got chance to enter a Young Writer’s competition where they were asked to design a superhero. The children who completed their designs had their entries sent off and this week we received certificates and bookmarks for all of the children whose pictures were entered (a few children were off so not every child had one due to Christmas illnesses). The children’s designs have the chance to go into a book which will be published professionally with parental permission. Well done Year 1!
